Nick Robinson | Chief Executive Officer

Nick started his career with Diageo with a variety of sales, commercial and marketing roles on world renowned consumer brands Guinness, Smirnoff and Johnnie Walker between 1995 and 2005 before becoming Marketing Director of Diageo’s Global Travel and Middle East; a role he served for four years. In 2009, he moved to Coca-Cola where he led the Coke brand across North-West Europe and delivered the brand’s Olympic marketing program at London 2012 before moving to Germany to be Marketing Director in 2013. In 2014, Nick joined the world’s largest brewer ABInBev as North Europe Marketing Director. He joined Kerry’s Consumer Foods division Kerry Foods in 2017 as CMO, and subsequently as Managing Director Brands and CMO in January 2019, before being appointed CEO of the Consumer Foods division in September 2020.

Doug Adam | Chief Customer Officer, GB

Doug has worked across the key categories for Kerry over the last 24 years and brings a wealth of company and industry knowledge to his current role. His time at Kerry Foods has seen him particularly focused within the Private Label business including leading the Meals and Dairy commercial teams among many other roles across brand and private label. In 2016, Doug was appointed Commercial Director for our Chilled and Frozen Meals business before taking on the Chief Customer Officer role for GB in 2019.

Kate Brosnan | VP of HR, Europe and Russia and Global CCO

Kate is the Vice President of Human Resources for Kerry Europe and Russia, including the Consumer Foods division, Kerry Foods. Kate joined Kerry in January 2014 as a HR Director of one of the core businesses, before taking up her current role in June 2014. Prior to working in Kerry, Kate held a number of senior HR leadership roles in a number of companies and across a range of industries including Friends First, KPMG and RSA. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University College Dublin and a Masters in Occupational Psychology from University College Cork. 

William Cadbury | Chief Finance Officer

William Cadbury joined Kerry Foods finance team in 2000 as part of the Graduate Programme.  After 14 years in a variety of UK locations covering different aspects of business finance, he spent a short stint in General Management before becoming CFO of Kerry Foods in 2016.  Working as part of a team to help build and grow a business that creates opportunities for people to develop has given William a hugely rewarding career.

David Hamilton | Chief Innovation Officer

David became passionate about food at a young age. He set out on a career in high-end professional kitchens in the UK and Italy, before bringing his passion for food craft, science and technology to Kerry Foods in 1994.

David initially held roles in RD&A management, Technical Management and Commercial Management before moving into Strategic Innovation; where he was accountable for teams of chefs, scientists, technologists and designers with an ambitious role to develop and deliver innovation strategies and idea creation within the wider RD&A function. In 2013 David was appointed to the Kerry Foods Leadership Team as Chief Innovation Officer and more recently in June 2019 has taken Strategic Innovation responsibility for Direct to Retail and Foodservice channels across Europe and sits on the Kerry Global Innovation Council.

Richard Irvine | Country Director, Ireland 

Richard joined Kerry Foods in 2008 on our graduate scheme in Dublin, Ireland. Over the years, Richard has held a variety of cross functional leadership roles across the UK and Ireland, and has led teams across both branded and own label businesses. In 2015, Richard led our branded Meats business as we revitalized and rejuvenated our Richmond brand and, in 2018, was appointed as Commercial Director for our Snacking, Dairy and Convenience businesses. Richard transitioned to his current role of Country Director for Ireland in January 2020, bringing his broad cross-functional thinking and ideas to drive the future growth of our Irish business. Richard joined the Kerry Foods Leadership Team in September 2020.

Sue McVie | Director, Direct-to-Consumer 

Sue joined Kerry Foods in 2012 having built a wide variety of commercial experience in a number of FMCG businesses including McVities, Coca Cola and PepsiCo. Sue joined as Shopper Marketing Director and was appointed as Director, Direct-to-Consumer in 2017. In this role Sue took ownership for, and leadership of, our Oakhouse Foods business to ensure delivery against our growth strategy and ongoing strategic development in the direct-to-consumer space. From September 2020, Sue joined the Kerry Foods Leadership Team following the expansion of her role to lead our total portfolio of fast-growing businesses including Oakhouse Foods, Rollover, Home-baking and new DTC expansions.

Catherine Neilson | Director of Strategy

Catherine joined Kerry’s Graduate Development Programme in 1994 as a Marketing graduate. She was appointed Trade Marketing Manager of the Foods Division in 1998. In 2007 she was appointed Strategic Planning Controller for the UK and Ireland before being appointed Director of Strategy for Kerry Foods in 2009. Catherine is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Marketing Institute of Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Science (Marketing) and a Master of Arts.

Chris Roberts | Business Director, Snacking and Grocery Brands

Chris started his career in General Electric where he held operational and commercial finance roles based in the US, Russia and the UK. He joined Kerry Foods in 2011, working in a variety of finance roles across Dairy GB and International where he had responsibility for the financial performance of our existing business and for the evaluation of new opportunities for growth. He progressed to Finance Director for our International and Dairy Snacking business where he developed and grew the business as well as his passion for leading and developing teams. In 2017 Chris was appointed Business Director for the Kerry Foods Snacking business and subsequently, also assumed responsibility for the Grocery Brands business in 2019. Following this, Chris joined the Kerry Foods Leadership Team from September 2020.

Brian Walsh | Business Director, Private Label, Grocery Meats and Dairy

Brian joined Kerry Foods 30 years ago as a graduate and has a wealth of cross-functional experience, from sales and technical to research and development. Having worked as General Manager of our Shillelagh business, and later Business Manager of our meats division across Shillelagh and Hyde, Brian gained robust experience leading these businesses through exciting phases of significant growth and transformation. In 2017, Brian was appointed to Business Director for Private Label, Grocery Meats and Dairy before joining the Kerry Foods Leadership Team in October 2020.
