Our Graduate Development Programme has been designed to turn graduates into the future leaders of Kerry. You’ll find our alumni in the highest echelons of the company.

Our intensive, best-in-class two-year programme gives you the opportunity to get hands on with innovative project work, real opportunities for learning through secondments and assignments and formal training both on and off site.
As Kerry is a global company with operations in more than 100 countries, you’ll have the opportunity to travel and work abroad.
