Foodservice operators have a growing opportunity to address an increasing consumer demand towards nutrition when eating out of home. We conducted an online survey with nearly 1,000 people who eat of home at least once or twice a month across 7 European markets – France, Germany, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom – to identify actionable insights for operators.
